I’m Neslihan Ozdemir, and my journey has been one of exploration and self-discovery, driven by a deep curiosity about how the mind works and how we can achieve our fullest potential. With a background in environmental engineering and currently finishing my MBA, my academic journey has always been intertwined with a passion for understanding the human experience.
My introduction to personal development began with NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), but it was through hypnosis that I found the most profound way to reprogram our minds. I firmly believe that our thoughts and emotions shape who we are, and by consciously changing and reprogramming them, we can transform our reality.
In my work, I emphasize the power of deep relaxation as a gateway to the subconscious, allowing it to be more receptive to positive suggestions. This process helps the body reset and find balance, which is essential for overall well-being.

Did you know? My middle name, Kiraz, means Cherry 🍒 in Turkish! For most of my life, I was Neslihan, but Cherry was like my shadow self—as Jung would say, the parts of us we often overlook. Now, as I’ve embraced and integrated both, I carry the wholeness of who I am into everything I do.
